[ Setting up your profile ]
[ 01 — The basics ]
Photo, name, role, location, bio. The checklist at the top of your page walks you through these — tap any step and it takes you straight to the field. Your role is how people find you, so make it the thing you want to be hired for.
[ 02 — Adding work ]
Everything goes through the Upload button at the top of your page: photos and video files, embedded YouTube / Vimeo links, and folders for grouping work.
Posts vs projects: a post is a single piece in your feed. A project is a body of work with its own page — a campaign, an editorial, a film — that can hold many images and full credits.
Post size is how many columns of your grid a piece occupies — the little diagrams in the upload form show exactly what each option takes. Lead with your strongest work at full width; you can resize anything later.
Aim for three pieces minimum. That's the difference between a placeholder and a portfolio.
[ 03 — Showreel & PDF ]
In the sidebar you can add a showreel (one video that auto-plays at the top of your profile — keep it under a minute) and a PDF portfolio visitors can download. Both optional, both strong signals for commissioners.
[ 04 — Make it yours ]
Customise Page controls how your page looks: gallery template, columns, colours, fonts, a background image, and a cycling cover. Your work should set the tone — the page is the frame, not the picture.
The ⋯ Tools button on the tabs row is for arranging the grid: adjust tile sizes, reorder work, or re-balance the columns.
[ 05 — Going live ]
Preview shows your page exactly as a visitor sees it — the single best check before sharing. Share gives you your public link. If you'd rather keep work gated, flip on private profile in edit mode and only your connections can see it.
Nothing changes on your public page until you hit Save Changes.

Drag the grip on your name to place it. Double-click the grip to reset.
Name and info blocks
Separated, the name and the info line each carry their own drag grip. Rotation and size stay with the name.
Info line
Hides your discipline, location and connections line for everyone. Your details stay on the About page.
Tab names
Call the three pages whatever you like. Leave a field blank to keep the standard name.
Ticker line
Crawls under your header, news-wire style. Leave blank for none.

Mobile always renders single column for legibility regardless of this setting.
Your page opens as an introduction of your folders; each opens into its work.
Landing style
How the folder introduction is composed. Applies when the landing toggle is on.
Sizes and colour-matches your work into a designed layout. Drag any tile to fine-tune, then Save.
Columns
Narrow screens use fewer columns than this regardless, so your work stays legible on a phone.
Grid gap
